Transformation Tuesday - Christine Jenkins
Christine Jenkins recently took part in our 6-week Advent Abs programme and witnessed a great transformation, losing weight and dropping her body fat percentage. Not only this however, Christine achieved her main goal of improving her lifting techniques and staying motivated with her workouts!

1. Tell us a little bit about you, and why you decided to join Advent Abs?
I had lost quite a lot of weight prior to Advent Abs (regular attendance at gym-fit and bootcamp definitely helped with this) and I thought it would help me to stay motivated. The combination of nutritional advice and 2 x 30 min PT sessions per week was fantastic value for money.
2. What was your goal and did you reach it?
My main goal was to remain motivated with gym workouts, improve lifting technique and to continue to improve body composition. Advent Abs has definitely helped me to achieve all of this!
3. How has your 6 week journey impacted on your life for the better?
I feel so much better and have a noticeably improved physique. I am also much more aware of nutritional value of foods.
4. How do you plan on continuing your new healthy outlook?
I will continue to use gym regularly, attend gym-fit classes and make more informed food choices. I would consider more PT sessions, particularly if 30 min sessions were available because I feel that 2 x 30 min sessions yields better results than 1 x 1 hour session.
