We are very excited to reveal details of our Summer Challenge. We have 2 energetic and fun challenges to help you reach your summer body goals.
Details of the two challenges and how to get involved are listed below:
Weight Loss Challenge
The first challenge centres around who can lose the highest percentage weight in 8 weeks. You can train in any way you wish to reach your goal and our expert gym staff will be on hand to help you with your training programme and with fitness advice. You will be weighed when you sign up which you can do at any time from 8th May. You can then have a weigh in as often as you like during the challenge to make sure you are on track. The final weigh-ins will take place after the 8 weeks and the person with the greatest percentage weight loss will win a 12-month FREE membership.
In addition, everyone who signs up will be entered into a prize draw to win an ultimate fitness pack with a number of fitness goodies.
If you would like some help with the nutritional side, please ask your gym staff to book you onto our FREE nutritional seminar delivered by our fully qualified, expert nutritionist.
X Circuit Challenge
Our second challenge will determine who is the fittest member of NL Leisure. You will have 3 weeks to train and on the 4th week, you will hopefully be performing at your best and you can pop into your local NL Leisure venue and take on our XCC (X Circuit Challenge). The winner will be crowned NL's fittest member and will be awarded a FREE 6-month membership.
You can join in our XCC at any time and all you have to do is book a time slot with your gym instructor on the final week of the challenge.
We can finally reveal details of our Summer X Circuit Challenge part 2
For this challenge, you will have to complete the below circuit three times and the person with the fastest time will be the winner. Monday 10th July will be the opening date for timed entries and you will have 1 week to enter your fastest time.
• 20 Calorie row
• Kettlebell Swing x 20 (male 24kg) (female 12kg)
• Half bodyweight deadlift x 20
• Goblet Squat x 20 (male 24kg) (female 12kg)
• Walk Outs x 10
