Online Personal Training
We are delighted to announce that we are now offering online personal training for both new and existing PT clients who are struggling with motivation and looking for someone to keep them accountable and on track.
This service is being offered on a 4 week basis and you can choose either 4 or 8 sessions.
With this plan you will receive your sessions via a zoom call with your chosen Personal Trainer.
After an initial consultation your PT will customise a home workout plan especially for you and will include any equipment you may have at home.
You will also receive nutritional support from your trainer such as tips for healthy eating and what you should be eating pre and post workout.
When you purchase this amazing programme you will have your choice of the following trainers.
Block of 4 - £40
Block of 8 - £65
(both must be used in 4 week time period)
ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE ON OUR APP
1. Download the NL Leisure App
2. Click 'Join'.
3. Select your chosen venue.
4. New members fill in details. Existing members click 'Yes' and fill in details.
5. Select 'Personal Training'.
6. Select sessions and follow payment details.
7. Our team will contact you to arrange the Personal Trainer that is right for you and book in your first session.
