NEW! Ladies Lifting Programme
Our excellent new Ladies Lifting programme will teach you how to squat, deadlift and bench press safely and effectively. As well as this, training and exercising with dumbbells will also be incorporated.
Exercising with weights can help you in many ways such as increasing muscle definition, weight loss, gaining strength and more.
This programme will start on Saturday 25th August and blocks will last for 6-weeks.

Wednesdays 6pm-7pm (Starts Wednesday 29th August).
