An Introduction to Mindfulness
Here at NL Leisure we understand the importance of mental health especially with the dark nights and miserable weather closing in.
We have introduced two free sessions around the topic of: An Introduction to Mindfulness. The session is a relaxation and meditation class for beginners and looks at posture, muscle relaxation techniques along with a bit of practical information about the benefits of Mindfulness.
This intro session is open to people aged 16 years and over. Our Mindfulness Practitioner is fully certified and is brilliant!

Wishaw Sports Centre (01698 640794) Class- Sunday 18 November 10.00 - 11.30 am
Broadwood, Cumbernauld (01236 341952) Class- Sunday 18 November 13.30 - 15.00 pm
Bring along a towel that you can roll up to put under your head for the relaxation phase of the class. There will be chairs available and mats so you will have the option of sitting or lying down during the class.
