Tell us about yourself and your job?
I’m Michelle usually known to everyone as Shelly.  I have been a group fitness instructor for 4 years, teaching body attack, body pump, and LBT and core classes.

What interested you in a career in health and fitness industry?
I had been attending as a member of NL Leisure for a few years and became addicted to classes pretty quickly after seeing how the brilliant Instructors helped me meet my fitness goals. I was inspired to do the same for other people, so decided to become a group fitness instructor.  The only regret I have is that I did not do it sooner.

What are your hobbies?

I love meeting new people and love to socialise which brings me to my next job. I have another job which is a singer and entertainer. My speciality is Tina Turner and Lady Gaga.

That’s all for this ‘Meet The Team’ segment. Stay tuned for more stories coming soon!
