We're delighted to announce that on Saturday 21st April we'll be hosting two excellent Body Attack classes - find out more below!
What is Body Attack?
Body Attack is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to fitness addicts. It combines athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Your Body Attack instructor will pump out energising tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way & burning up to 730 calories, leaving you with a great sense of achievement!
Body Attack encompasses a huge sense of community, and we can't wait to bring you all together to celebrate the 100th release of this hugely popular programme.

We'll be selling excellently priced Body Attack 100 t-shirts in the run up to the event and you can purchase yours at your local NLL venue.

We'll be holding two brilliant Body Attack classes at the Tryst Sports Centre & Wishaw Sports Centre on Saturday 21st April with the event running from 9am - 11.15am.
To start the day we'll be holding a Body Attack Mash Up class from 9am - 9.45am, where we relive some of the best Body Attack releases from the past!
After you've warmed up, we'll start the main event with Body Attack 100 running from 10.15am - 11.15am.
The event will be completely FREE for both members & non-members to take part in, although we will be collecting for Marie Curie on the day with donations greatly welcomed.
Body Attack 100 is the latest release of the hugely popular group fitness programme and it's sure to be the best one yet!

Just getting started?
Body Attack is great for those of all fitness levels! Our instructors give you low-impact options to tailor each workout to your level. Research shows that the secret to getting fit is a slow build up so we would recommend starting with 1-2 classes a week, and working your way up from there!
