Our Customer Charter states our commitment to provide you with quality services and to provide standards by which to measure our performance. It also provides our Team Members with clear standards and expectations to strive for a personalised service and to achieve the Company Vision and values.

All of our customer complaints, compliments and comments / suggestions are logged on to our ‘eComment’ portal and automatically sent to the most suitably qualified member of our team to deal with.

You can expect to hear from our team within 48 hours. If your points required further investigation or consideration a follow up contact will be made within 7 days.

Although we always strive for the highest standards of customer service, we do recognise that improvements can often be made.
