All of our customer complaints, compliments and comments / suggestions are logged on to our ‘eComment’ portal and automatically sent to the most suitably qualified member of our team to deal with.
You can expect to hear from our team within 48 hours. If your points required further investigation or consideration a follow up contact will be made within 7 days.
