Customer Service Advisor (Fixed Term) (12 hours) NLL 39/18
Nominal Salary - £16,150 to £18,341 (pro rata)
Based in Aquatec, Motherwell, your main task will be to assist our customers within the busy venue and ensure that they enjoy their visit. You will be responsible for general reception duties involving cash handling, venue bookings, customer enquiries as well as promoting and participating in all membership/sales initiatives.
A minimum of three standard grades or equivalent together with previous reception and general clerical experience are essential for this post. You will have knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and have a pleasant manner. Excellent communication and customer care skills are essential and previous experience in a customer related service industry would be an advantage.
Pattern of hours: You will be required to work flexibly over 7 days, however, this may be predominantly working at weekends.
This post is fixed term for a period of 6 months.
