Subscriptions Administrative Officer (Fixed Term) (Re-Ad)* NLL 06/19
£9.75 - £12.02 per hour
You will work as part of a team to ensure the efficient and effective performance of the Subscription section. You will provide excellent customer service dealing direct and on the telephone with customers using product knowledge to provide a suitable solution to ensure customer membership, sales and retention. As part of this role you will be required to deal with all aspects of membership payments including outstanding debts sensitively and effectively.
You will be innovative, have excellent inter-personal and communication skills which will give you the ability to promote current marketing campaigns in order to deliver a quality service to our customers across the entire range of NLL’s product and services.
You will have a minimum of three standard grades or equivalent, one of which will include English or Maths. You will be a confident communicator, with good organisational skills with the ability to use your own initiative. You will also have moderate administration experience. Previous experience working with Direct Debits and a customer focussed environment is desirable.
Pattern of hours: You will be required to work flexibly over 7 days.

This post is fixed term to cover a period of maternity leave for a minimum of 12 months.
