Subscriptions Administrative Officer (Job Share) (17.5 hours) NLL 27/18
Nominal Salary - £15,987 to £20,586 (pro rata)

Based in Broadwood HQ, Cumbernauld, you will work as part of a team to ensure the efficient and effective performance of the subscription section. You will provide excellent customer service direct and on the telephone using product knowledge to provide a suitable solution to ensure customer membership, sales and retention. As part of this role you will also be required to deal with all aspects of membership payments including outstanding debts sensitively and effectively.

You will be innovative, have excellent inter-personal skills which will give you the ability to promote current marketing campaigns in order to deliver a quality service to our customers across the entire range of NLL’s product and services.

You will also have a minimum of three standard grades or equivalent, one of which should include English or Maths. You will be a confident communicator, with administrative and organisational skills as well as the ability to use your own initiative. Previous experience in a finance or customer focussed environment is desirable.

Pattern of hours: Week 1 – Monday & Tuesday
Week 2 – Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday

Pattern of hours: You will be required to work these hours flexibly as per the working days above.
