1. Les Mills GRIT – Plyo/Cardio/Strength

Les Mills GRIT classes are excellent for fat burning. Whether it’s Plyo, Cardio or Strength Les Mills GRIT delivers proven results. Les Mills GRIT classes engage your fast twitch muscle fibre and this helps you maximise the results from your work out. Not only this, but the GRIT collection is scientifically proven to deliver results. There’s no disputing it, Les Mills GRIT works. The high-intensity interval training (HIIT) effect means you burn calories for hours after the workout has finished, increase aerobic fitness, unleash fast-twitch muscle fibres and grow lean muscle tissue, burning fat. This makes Les Mills GRIT the perfect combination of classes for burning that excess fat.

2. Body Attack

Body Attack is a high energy fitness class which puts everybody through their paces – whether you’re a beginner or an attack veteran you’ll be sure to work up a sweat. At Attack we combine everything from running & jumping to squats & strength exercises. At Body Attack you’ll be pushed to the limit and could burn up to 730 calories. What’s not to like?
Body Attack is available in 30, 45, or 55 minute sessions. We say the longer the better.

3. CycleHIIT

Cycle fit is a 30 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) indoor workout and is brilliant for fat burning. It may only last 30 minutes but you’ll push yourself to physical & mental limits. CycleHIIT is scientifically proven to produce rapid results and WILL help you smash your fitness goals. CycleHIIT ensures that you’ll still be burning calories hours after your class ends, making it one of our favourite fat burning classes.

4. Metafit

Metafit is a high intensity workout which combines body weight exercises & interval style training. At Metafit, you’ll still be burning calories long after the class has finished, making Metafit a great class for fat burning. Metafit has a whole host of benefits including increasing your Resting Metabolic Rate, increasing your fat burning rate & working your major muscle groups.
