Here at NL Leisure we know that finding the time to workout can be difficult. Most of us work a hectic schedule and struggle to juggle work & family life.
That's why we have express fitness classes that last just 30 minutes & 45 minutes! Members can take advantage of excellent programmes including Gym Fit, Cyclefit, GRIT, Body Combat and more. You can work out on your lunch break or fit one in before your shift starts!
Fitness Classes not your thing? Don't worry - a half hour work out in the gym is highly effective when it comes to keeping fit! Our brilliant gym staff can help put together a gym programme tailored to your specific goals.
