Here at NL Leisure we know that finding the time to workout can be difficult. Most of us work a hectic schedule and struggle to juggle work & family life and that's why we are offering lots of ways for you to workout out at home.

Working out for 30 minutes each day is enough to have you looking and feeling so much better.

Exercising has a whole host of benefits and you can read some of these below. 

  1. Working out is proven to improve our mental health and is a great way to let off steam and reduce stress levels, particularly beneficial if you have a busy schedule!
  2. Exercising is great for increasing our energy levels in the long term, this can stop us from feeling lethargic and has shown to improve our quality of sleep.
  3. Working out of course can also of course assist with weight loss, building muscle and is generally brilliant for increasing our fitness levels! 

We have designed our at home fitness classes to last for only 30 minutes so that they can fit seamlessly into your life

The first way you can work out with us is by going to our main Facebook and Instagram pages. Here you will find classes every week from Body Attack to LBT as well as weighted workouts direct from our personal trainers.

If you want more you can sign up for our new amazing online membership. Here members can take advantage of excellent classes such as HIIT, cardio, CrossFit, conditioning and more and better yet each class again is only 30 minutes meaning you can work out on your lunch break or fit one in before your shift starts!

Fitness classes not your thing? Don't worry we also have online personal training available. Our brilliant personal trainers can help put together a programme tailored especially for you to your specific goals and using the equipment you have available at home. 

Unable to workout during the day or before work? All of our workouts save automatically to our page so you have no excuse not to work out at night. Don't just take our word for it, fit in a half hour workout at some point tomorrow and enjoy the benefits right away!
