Thump Boxing is a group exercise class based around the principles of functional fitness training and its adaption to professional boxing training. This type of training allows the experience of a total body workout with all the fun and excitement of boxing combinations and cardio routines.
Thump Boxing is designed for all levels of fitness (no beginner or advanced) and can be adapted to everyone's physical capabilities.
The gloves may be off when it comes to getting fighting fit or beating your personal best but please note there is no physical contact in Thump Boxing.
