Fit Steps is the hot dance craze created by Strictly Come Dancing professionals Natalie Lowe and Iain Waite who teamed up with Olympic swimmer Mark Forster to create this unique dance and fitness programme. You don't need a partner or a sequined outfit to join our class and beginners and those with two left feet are very welcome. Fit steps is about having fun!
