Run Jump Throw - Athletics Coaching

Ages: 5 to 13 Years

Abilities: All abilities and levels

Skills Gained: Skills and experience across a number of different athletics disciplines. General skills including Agility, balance, co-ordination, rhythm and timing, speed and endurance

Programme: Covers all aspects of track and field athletics working on the fundamental skills required across all athletics sports. During each session athletes will participate in track and field inspired games and challenges. The following disciplines are covered:

  • Discus
  • Endurance Running
  • Hammer
  • High Jump
  • Hurdles
  • Javelin
  • Long Jump
  • Relays
  • Shot Putt
  • Sprints
  • Triple Jump

What to Bring: A drink (water is recommended), suitable footwear and clothing i.e. trainers, t shirt, shorts/joggers, hoody or waterproof jacket for outdoor sessions. No jewellery is permitted in classes. All other equipment provided.
