Coach Development Programme

  The NLAP are currently running a number of Coach Discussion Groups for all athletics coaches within North Lanarkshire. Please contact Yvonne Murray-Mooney for more information.

Get into Coaching

Funded by the Big Lottery Active Futures Fund, North Lanarkshire Leisure is delighted to be able to offer a range of specific sports and generic coach training courses. These courses are FREE of charge to young people from North Lanarkshire aged between 17 and 24 years old. People of all ages are welcome to apply for courses, but course fees will apply.

All courses and workshops will be held in the local sports facilities in the North Lanarkshire area. If you are interested in furthering your sporting knowledge or planning a new career in sport then don’t hesitate to get in touch.

All applicants to courses must be aged over 16. All you need to do is complete an application form and return it to the North Lanarkshire Leisure Get into Coaching Team.
