Pre/Post Natal Classes

For these classes you can participate at any stage of your pregnancy. The class is circuit based with 10 stations of activity, it has been designed like that so you can work at a level that suits your stage of pregnancy. Exercise will be adapted at each trimester so the exercises remain safe but effective.
You can also attend post natally after your 6 weeks check up with your midwife team.
Cost: £2.10 a class

Aqua Natal Classes
Aqua Natal classes are designed to give mums-to-be a workout without putting strain on your baby. Our fully-qualified instructors have pooled their experience to bring you moves to keep you toned and trim. You can enjoy aqua natal exercise at any stage of your pregnancy, from the very early months to when you’re nearly full-term. Aqua natal is also a gentle re-introduction to exercise following pregnancy.
