Emergency First Aid at Work 

Minimum Contact Time - 6 Hours

All candidates must be at least 16 years of age at the commencement of the course. No previous first aid experience is required. This course is designed to equip candidates with the skills and knowledge to undertake basic first aid and emergency action until further qualified medical assistance is available.

This is an ideal course for anyone working in a teaching or coaching environment with immediate action first aid responsibilities. HSE guidance (October 2009) also recommends that all holders of this qualification undertake a Skills Update session on an annual basis (3 hours minimum)
