Office/Reception	This area doubles as an office come reception area.
Conditioning Gym	Contains a large selection of free and fixed resistance weights for the more serious weightlifter.
Changing Areas	Male and female changing areas inclusive of shower and toilet facilities.
Staff Accommodation / First Aid Room	One office incorporating First Aid facilities.
Athletics Provision	400 metre x 8 lane Rekartan Polymeric Rubber Impervious Surface floodlit running track marked to International Standard (IAAF). Main straight - 110m. Home straight / back straight marked for hurdles and sprints. 2 x long jump pits. Home straight outside of track 2. 2 x javelin run-ups. High jump area adjacent to 200 metre start. 1 x throwing cage opposite the pavilion. Cage has a concrete circle. 1 x shot putt throwing circle.
Football Provision	1 full size senior grass football pitch contained within the Central Reservation.
