Performance Reporting Framework
North Lanarkshire Leisure (NLL) has a comprehensive Performance Reporting Framework with regular quartely performance reports going before NLL's Board of Directors and North Lanarkshire Council's Learning & Leisure Services Committee.
Customer Attendances
NLL's overall objective is to increase participation and improve performance in sport therefore particular emphasis is placed upon customer attendance levels which demonstrate that more people are more active more often.
The following graph shows the increase in customer attendance levels since the year 2000/01 and demonstrates a 60% increase in attendance since NLL was formed in September 2006.

Customer Income
Customer income is vital to NLL covering operating costs and being a not-for-profit charitable sports trust, NLL is able to invest any surplus funds in improving facilities, services, activities, programmes and staff training that will further the companies charitable objectives. Customer income levels have grown by 106% since NLL was formed in September 2006.

Access NL
Access NL is NLL's flagship membership scheme which allows unlimited access to gyms, swims, health suites and a wide range of community fitness classes throughout North Lanarkshire and a whole range of other member benfits. With around 30,000 members Access NL is the most successful membership scheme of its type in Scotland.
