Membership & Marketing Manager

Pamela is Sales Manager for the Access NL membership scheme which was first introduced in 2003 and now has 30,000 direct debit and Annual paying members.  As Marketing Manager, Pamela is responsible for the marketing, promotion and advertising of all products and facilites across NL Leisure and she currently manages a team of Sales, Marketing and Admin staff, all of which keeps her very busy.

Pamela has over 20 years hands on experience in the leisure industry, starting off as a leisure attendant, then receptionist and latterly on to a Sales role with another local authority before moving to North Lanarkshire in 2003 and successfully taking up her current role.

She is a great believer in the 'Customer Journey' and is an ambassador for high quality Customer Care and Service.

As a keen runner, Pamela has participated in many 10k runs over the years and also recently completed her first Chicago Marathon in aid of Cancer Charities.  She is interested in most sports and occasionally lets her colleague beat her at tennis.
