Neil Ross

Operations Manager

Neil is responsible for all operational services across North Lanarkshire Leisure.  This includes site based services and activities within sports centres, swimming pools, outdoor pitches and golf courses.  It also includes catering, health and safety, facility, grounds and golf course maintenance.

Neil has worked in the Leisure Industry for 20 years in both public and private sectors.  For the past 14 years he has worked in the Leisure Trust sector in a range of senior management positions.

Neil’s sporting interests include rugby and karate, and although the rugby boots don’t get many outings this weather he is still very active in Shitoryu style karate.
