Eddie Dornan

In his role as Human Resources Manager, Eddie is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the organisations Human Resources Function.   Eddie oversees a comprehensive service, responsible for the development of people management strategies and policies that contributes to the needs of the business and supports the development of the organisation.

Prior to joining NLL Eddie  worked for corporate Human Resources within North Lanarkshire Council, providing advice and guidance on all aspects of HR to a number of Council departments.

Eddie has 20 years experience working in an HR environment, at a senior level, with a variety of Local Authorities and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
