NLL announce investment in a new state of the art range of fitness equipment provided by Technogym who have been sole suppliers to the Olympics since 2000 and described by the IOC as best in their class. The world’s best athletes use Technogym equipment and so will NLL and our customers.

Significant investment has been invested in Shotts Leisure Centre to convert the old Squash court into a new state of the art Gym with Air Conditioning and a further investment to provide the latest cardio vascular and resistant weight equipment.

Refurbishment includes a free weight area to increase the range of equipment and workouts that are available to our customers.

All CV kit includes market leading enhanced functionality such as LCD interactive TV screens for personal audio and visual entertainment, fully integrated ipod technology, heart rate technology, choice of motivational exercise programmes to suit all fitness needs.

The CV range includes the new leading edge equipment such as the Cardio Wave which is the only product of its kind on the market which provides unique full lower body work out experience and the Top machine which provides and alternative upper body experience.

The Weight resistance range offer advanced bio mechanics to assist movement through exercise range for all users and is used by Olympic athletes and provides exercise options for all muscle groups.

The Radiant Multi functional cable trainer which offers a range of exercises and progression training for beginner through to advanced users.

Once you have tired out your muscles why not try out our new and improved Health Suite where you can relax in the Steam room or Sauna cabin which has been relocated to the lower level for easier access to the pool.

If you would rather just relax and have a chat with your friends then why not take advantage of the new lounge area over looking the pool area.
