The recent 'Big Bash' event held at Wishaw Sports Centre was a complete success with kids and staff alike delighted with the outcome! An offshoot of the Saturday SportScene nights held at Airdrie L.C, Shotts L.C, Sir Matt Busby, Tryst S.C and Wishaw S.C - culminating in challenge matches with teams from each centre in football, dance etc. The event was attended by high profile media and football stars Andy Walker, Tom Boyd and Motherwell footballer David Clarkson who all gave a great amount of time and encouragement to the masses. |
