Once aboard you can have checks on Blood Pressure, Cholestoral, Body Fat, Glucose, BMI and much more. It really helps give an insight into your general health and fitness and helps highlight any areas that need attention. The team will be able to offer excellent advice on how to help combat any health issues and offer fitness options and alternatives.
