Active Age
Age is but a number....
Active Age is a new programme that offers low intensity exercises to suit the needs of everyone. Not only is there a wide range of fitness classes available, including Zumba Gold, Aerobics and Legs, bums and tums but also a wide range of Sporting activities too!!
The classes started at Ravenscraig RSF and Broadwood Leisure Centre on the 30th September, and will soon be rolled out to other NL Leisure facilities. So keep a look out for any updates.
On the last Friday of every month why not pop along to Ravenscraig RSF for the Tea Dance event, that is great fun and has something to offer all.
