NL Leisure offer tailor made sessions for Access NL members only on a one to one basis with a member of the gym team – ideal if you don't like working out alone and feel you need someone there to push you along a bit!

 

Working with a Personal Trainer allows you to have a bespoke training programme which you agree with your PT. You may be looking to lose weight, increase your flexibility, slim down for your wedding day, develop more strength and power or just enjoy a more personalised workout.
