North Lanarkshire Leisure is proud to host a variety of National and International events across our facilities. 

North Lanarkshire is the European City of Sport for 2011 and recent host to the International Childrens Games, which saw children from 77 Cities and 33 Countries compete in a variety of sporting events throughout North and South Lanarkshire.   This event was a tremendous success and indeed hailed by many as the most successful Childrens Games ever.

The BBC recently completed filming an 'Ultimate Sports Day' at Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility which will be aired later this year.  To have a sneak preview please click here

Across our sites we have successfully hosted many events including Championship Boxing, Inter Regional Athletics, World Snooker, Swimming Galas, Disabled Games, International Football Matches at U19 level and Womens Football, Conferencing & Banqueting and we do have the capacity to host a number of many other events.
