Area	Description
Conditioning Room	Contains a large selection of free and fixed resistance weights for the more serious weightlifter.
Changing Areas	Self contained male and female changing areas.
Athletics Provision	400 metre x 8 lane Rekartan Polymeric Rubber floodlit running track. Main straight - 110m. 2 x long jump pits and javelin run-ups. High jump area, throwing cage and shot throwing circle. Judges stands and PA system available.

Football Provision	1 full size senior grass football pitch contained within the Central Reservation.
